Spare-parts supply

As part of our complete package scope Airpack is able to supply all the needed spare-parts for our already operating installations around the world and other compressor, dryer or nitrogen generator brands if requested. With our own spare-parts warehouse in the Netherlands we are able to ship the required parts worldwide. Engineering and design

For more than 40 years we have experience in the design and engineering of compressors, dryers and nitrogen generators. Although we built our own packages we also offer engineering and feasibility studies as a separate service. With our expertise and experienced technical team we can provide independent advice and information on the best solution for you.

Start-up and commissioning

Our team of in-house field engineers operates worldwide and is available upon request for start-up and commissioning of our packages. Ensuring proper hook-up and initial setup of the installation, they guarantee the performance and warranty.

Maintenance, overhaul and troubleshooting

Our team of experienced engineers is available for maintenance requests, overhauls and troubleshooting for our packages. We are able to perform the required work in the field or provide assistance remotely. We have experience with a wide range of brands for all components (i.e. compressors, motors, diesel engines, PLC and instrumentation) and are also available to provide these services for packages that are not delivered by Airpack. Site survey

For a major overhaul or when the customer needs advice, our team is available for site surveys. They can travel to site to evaluate the condition of the package and provide a report on required maintenance and spare parts. This service is available for our own packages as well as compressor, dryer and nitrogen packages from other brands.

Training

The Airpack engineers’ team is also available for training on our packages. Training can be given at the Airpack headquarters in Zierikzee or on site where the package is located, as per your request. The subjects and course can be based on your requirements and includes all needed subjects to properly operate and maintain the package.
